As part of our ongoing efforts to help employees achieve a work-life balance, Gulfstream offers an Adoption Assistance Program. The company will pay up to $8,000 toward the cost of adopting a child under the age of 18, or older if the child is physically or mentally incapable of caring for himself or herself.
Day care services for young children are provided at the YMCA Child Learning Center in Pooler, just minutes from the Savannah manufacturing facility. Because the company subsidizes the YMCA, Gulfstream employees receive priority placement at the center.
