The Gulfstream Immigration Program provides employees with comprehensive global immigration services, regardless of the country of origin or the destination of their assignment. These services include assistance in obtaining US working visas, Green Cards, international work permits, permanent residency or citizenship.

Many of our employees require immigration assistance to work and live in a foreign country. To accommodate these employees, we provide a full-time Immigration Specialist who works with a team of immigration attorneys to identify and process all necessary documents. The Immigration Specialist also provides timely status updates and serves as the primary contact for all immigration questions and concerns.

US Immigration Services

Understanding the adjudication process, how adjudicators review applications and the processing times all have an important effect on planning our Immigration Services. In order to assist our employees with these processes, we host a Web-based system that provides immediate access to case status, interactive communication tools, determination of visa requirements and next steps in the process.

Global Visa Services

We assist with the international movement of our employees and their families. To prepare them for long-term assignments, Gulfstream offers assistance in obtaining the appropriate work visa or work permit, as well as cultural-awareness training prior to traveling. These services are available to returning expatriates as well. We also work with experienced immigration attorneys around the globe who can quickly determine the process and visa requirements.
