Immigration
As an equal opportunity employer, Gulfstream employs individuals from more than 20 countries. To do so, we provide complete sponsorship support for students and professionals from many different citizenship groups through our full-service Immigration Program.
Many of our employees require sponsorship to work in the country to which they are assigned. Going through the immigration process can be overwhelmingly stressful for employees and families. Therefore, Gulfstream counsels and supports those going through the process by providing a full-time immigration specialist.
The immigration specialist works with our team of immigration attorneys who process visas, work permits and permanent residency documents. The specialist also answers questions and resolves employee concerns. In addition, the specialist provides timelines and periodic updates on the status of the visa, work permit or green card.
Our success rate for processing immigration cases is impressive. In fact, Gulfstream has never had a qualified case rejected by the Bureau of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
To prepare employees for assignments in foreign countries, Gulfstream also offers employees and their families cultural awareness training prior to traveling. These services also are available for returning expatriates. If you are a foreign national joining Gulfstream or an employee who requires assistance with work visas overseas, we will provide the assistance you need.
