Gulfstream has a long and distinguished history. We built the first airplane designed specifically for business travel some 50 years ago. We've been building business jets at our main manufacturing and service facility in Savannah, GA for more than four decades. Other major manufacturing and service sites are located in Long Beach, CA; Dallas, TX; and Appleton, WI. In recent years, we launched a major expansion of the Savannah facility. We've added two new research and development centers, a high-tech manufacturing facility for the flagship of the Gulfstream fleet, a service hangar and a sales and design center.

The year 2007 was a banner year for Gulfstream. We set records for sales ($4.8 billion), for orders (179 aircraft) and for deliveries (79 aircraft).
