With an extensive background in customer service, Mona joined Gulfstream as Customer Service Coordinator in 2000, providing a wide range of assistance to Completion and Service customers as well as to the GAC community.
Mona's experience as an Event Planner and Administrative Specialist for the University of California, Irvine and Santa Cruz included responsibility for coordinating various conferences, workshops and special events that ranged from sports camps to academic seminars and retreats in a university setting.
