Mark Heiser brings to Gulfstream a mix of aviation experience to include aircraft mechanics, manufacturing and production management, customer service and project management. He came to Gulfstream at the end of 2000 as a Senior Project Analyst for production engineering. In this role, he performed analysis on engineering resource and production scheduling, engineering timing processes and cost-savings. Prior to arriving at Gulfstream, Mark spent 5 years at Reflectone, Inc., as a senior mechanic, field installation lead, production planner and senior program resource scheduling analyst. From this experience, he gained broad knowledge in the world of military and commercial aviation business. He also has 5 years of experience as a customer service agent for Delta Airlines. Mark attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and received a BS in Professional Aeronautics and a Masters in Aeronautical Sciences, Aviation Management. He also holds a Professional Project Management License and FAA Airframe and Powerplant License.
