Doug began his aviation career with the United States Marine Corps in 1977 as a structural mechanic on F4 Phantom aircraft. Since then Doug has worked on multiple type military and commercial aircraft. Some of the projects he managed for the U.S. Air Force included the rebuild and return to service of a crash-damaged T-37 aircraft and the supervision and training of field team personnel on the repair/modification of the T-38 aircraft. With over 5 years experience as a cabinetmaker and interior installer, Doug is very familiar with the processes involved in the completion of business aircraft interiors. As an aircraft manager, he was responsible for the entire scope of the completion process to customer acceptance. With several years' experience as a customer service representative and customer program manager, Doug continues to provide Gulfstream customers with the level of service they have come to expect.
