Martie Kubiak has 13 years experience in corporate aviation, with a background in Customer Service and Warranty Management.
Martie began her career with Gulfstream in the Contract Administration department. In 1998 Martie transferred to the Special Projects team where she worked directly with the customers throughout the outfitting process. In 2001, she was appointed Warranty Specialist for the Long Beach facility. As a Warranty Specialist, Martie managed and processed all incoming warranty claims, provided training to the service center teams, and coordinated with scheduling, sales, and customers to ensure all customer satisfaction issues were resolved. Prior to joining the Customer Program Management team, she served as a Service Center Coordinator where she supported the customers during their service maintenance visits.
Martie provides the Customer Program Management organization with an in depth knowledge of the Gulfstream Product Support teams, as well as, working knowledge of the completion and service center operations and business processes.
