Eric Strickland brings over 16 years of experience in the aerospace industry. He provides the Customer Program Management organization valuable knowledge in the area of program, completion and contract management. Of his 16 years in aerospace, 14 of those years where spent working for Gulfstream at the Brunswick facility. Eric began his career at Gulfstream in the Brunswick Service Center as a licensed A&P mechanic that developed into a supervisory position. During that time, Eric gained valuable knowledge of Gulfstream's products and systems. His career then progressed into quality control where he started out as an inspector in the Completion/Service Center and was promoted into a supervisory position over the Brunswick Completion Center Inspection Department. At that time, Eric gained a wide knowledge of the certification and STC process at Gulfstream. He was actively involved in setting up the Completion Center inspection manuals and build process at the facility.

In 2000, Eric was promoted to a Customer Service Coordinator in the Completion Center where he acted as the single point of contact between the Completion Center and the Customer during outfitting. The Customer Service Coordinator position evolved into a Customer Program Manager position and eventually the site’s group lead. During his 8-year career in the Completion Center, Eric has been involved in the delivery of over 65 completed aircraft, 58 which were delivered to a single customer. His role takes the customer from contract signing through the production build process into the completion development and into entry into service. In April of 2007, he was named the Manager for the Customer Program Management group in Savannah. In this position, he oversees the site’s customer program office whose staff guides Customers through signing of the new aircraft sales agreement, manufacturing, completion phases and entry into service. His responsibilities are to ensure the CPMs have the tools and skills to serve as a single point of contact between Gulfstream and its Customer during these phases. His staff is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for the Customer while defining, completing and placing into service, their new aircraft.
