Mark Vorass brings a depth of experience to the Customer Program Management organization with 20 years of aircraft maintenance spanning the military, airline, general, and corporate aviation industries. During his Gulfstream career, he has accomplished a variety of maintenance on GII through G550 aircraft. In addition to maintaining aircraft in the Service Center, Mark has performed in the Business Office as a Service Center Coordinator supporting customers with their maintenance needs before, during, and after their aircraft visits through various functions. This combination has given him a broad understanding of Gulfstream’s Product Support network and a proven ability to assist our customers. His current role as Product Support Customer Program Manager is to be a single point of contact between Gulfstream and our new customers, providing support and training for issues related to Product Support. Mark is an FAA licensed Airframe and Powerplant mechanic. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
