Customer Program Management
| Ashley came to Gulfstream in June 1998. She worked part time in Savannah for the I.T. department, while attending college at Georgia Southern University. Ashley joined the Customer Service Group full time and came to Brunswick in July 2001. She began her career in Brunswick as the Customer Service Coordinator. She is one of the first people to greet the customer. She handles all of the Service Center customers' needs and arrangements prior to and during their visit. Ashley also assists the Service Center Coordinators and Service Team Managers when needed. As Brunswick's Final Phase operations broaden its customer base, she became involved in the Customer Program Management group. Ashley then began taking on the role of a CPM admin/coordinator. Ashley is very energetic in her job and takes pride in knowing that her customers are the number one priority. |
