Customer Program Management
| Brad Tuttle joined the Customer Program Management team in October of 2004. While this was his first full-time position with Gulfstream, he previously interned with the department in the summer of 2000. Brad graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management from The Georgia Institute of Technology in 2004. While at Tech, he also received Specialized Certificates in the areas of International Business and Marketing. Brad's internship experience with Gulfstream paved the way to his understanding of what customer service truly entails. As Delivery Specialist, Brad provides the customer with the proper applications used to activate aircraft registration with third party vendors. He also maintains a current library of vendor manuals that are provided to the customer at delivery, and manages all loose equipment associated with each delivering aircraft. Brad is enthused to be a full-time member of the team and is excited about what the future holds with Gulfstream. |
