Customer Program Management
Doug began his aviation career with the United States Marine Corps in 1977 as a structural mechanic on F4 Phantom aircraft. Since then, he has worked on multiple type military, commercial and private business aircraft. He is a licensed FAA A&P mechanic, and with over 5 years’ experience as a cabinetmaker and interior installer, Doug is very familiar with the processes involved in the successful completion of business aircraft interiors. As a Customer Service Representative with K.C. Aviation and then as an Aircraft Manager for Gulfstream, he was responsible for the entire scope of the completion process from “green” aircraft arrival to customer review and delivery. He joined the Customer Program Management team in 2001 and then was promoted to CPM, Site Manager in 2005.
