Customer Program Management

Jeff Schuh brings 27 years of aviation experience to the Customer Program Management department. His career in aviation began with his service in the United States Air Force as an Integrated Avionics and Instrument System Technician on F-16 aircraft. Following 5 years’ active duty, Jeff accepted a position with KC Aviation (which was later purchased by Gulfstream Aerospace) in Appleton, Wisconsin, beginning as an Avionics Installation Technician. Jeff was instrumental in helping establish the Avionics Completion Checkout Department. As Checkout Lead, his duties included the coordination of checkout and flight testing of all completion GIVs. In 2002, Jeff joined the Customer Program Manager team. His vast avionics experience, knowledge of the aircraft systems, completion processes, rapport with the aircraft teams and dedication to customer service make him a real asset to Gulfstream's customers. In March of 2008, Jeff was promoted to Manager Customer Programs for the Appleton team. Jeff’s familiarities with the completion process continue to help him serve the customer’s needs.
