Customer Program Management

has been with Gulfstream since 1997 and formerly
served as the Customer Program Management Coordinator.
In her current position as Aircraft Delivery Specialist,
Karey has direct contact and interaction with our
Completion customers managing their expectations
from the upfront process to the time of delivery.
She reviews and processes service applications, contract
specification and as a result generates and inventories
loose equipment, red gear, vendors’ manuals, etc.
At the time of aircraft delivery, Karey is responsible
for the presentation, review and final sign off with
the customer to assure all contractual requirements
are satisfied. |
