Dallas brings more than 20 years of aviation experience to the Gulfstream Field Service team having served in the United States Navy and in many different disciplines within the general aviation world, including corporate, airline and freight groups. Dallas has direct, hands-on experience working on and supporting both fixed wing and rotor wing aircraft. Dallas received extensive technical training in the US Navy and from various OEM’s and vendors throughout his career.

Dallas has been a G100 and G200 technical specialist with Gulfstream for 8 years holding positions as a Technical Operation Specialist, Senior Technical Operations Lead, Flight Test Crew Lead, Avionics Completions Manager and Flight Demo Operations support specialist. His experience in these roles has enabled him to develop the technical skills and working relationships necessary to effectively support our operators in the field. In conjunction with the addition of the G100 and G200 to the Gulfstream product line, Dallas has been instrumental in the development of troubleshooting and maintenance techniques designed to improve product reliability and decrease down time.

At present, his primary role includes supporting all present Gulfstream aircraft models and supporting the mid- and east southern area of the United States to include Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina and select operator's in the Florida area. This support is generated via the central location of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Dallas holds a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant license, to include Inspection Authorization, and a FCC General Radiotelephone license.
