With over 28 years of experience in corporate aviation, John brings a blend of aircraft maintenance and technical support as well as domestic and international aircraft operational expertise to the field organization.

Prior to joining Gulfstream, John performed and supervised maintenance for over 8 years on many different makes of general aviation aircraft. Upon joining Gulfstream in 1982, John worked in the Savannah Service Center and Technical Operations until leaving Gulfstream in 1986 to work for Saudi Armed Forces Medical Evacuation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Upon his return to Gulfstream, John entered the Field Service Organization.

John has served as a field representative in the southeastern United States, southern California and London U.K. John has also served as the Field Service Operations Manager for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. John is currently the Field Service Operations Manager for Western North America.

During John's tenure in field services, his aircraft systems, maintenance and operational expertise has been vital in solving individual aircraft operational problems and solving fleet issues. John's management skills have helped maintain the quality of Gulfstream field service support during the time of the company's huge growth.

John is a FAA-licensed pilot and Airframe and Powerplant mechanic with an inspector's authorization. He received his Associates degree in Aviation Maintenance at Blackhawk Technical Institute in Janesville, WI. He also attended the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI.
