Gulfstream

John is a FAA-licensed Airframe and Powerplant mechanic. He earned his diploma as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician at Spartan School of Aeronautics located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Since his graduation, he has worked for Gulfstream Aerospace for the past 25 years. John has completed initial maintenance training from FlightSafety on all model aircraft in the Gulfstream fleet.

John began his career at Gulfstream working as an electrician in our Service Center in 1978. In 1985, he was placed in Technical Operations as a systems specialist to provide his expertise in various ATA disciplines. In 1987, John was chosen to be part of a team that maintained Gulfstream aircraft for the United States Air Force in Germany where he was stationed for two years. Following his return in 1989 to Gulfstream Savannah, John worked in our Program Office continuing to provide logistics support for our military contracts. He accepted a field position in 1992, covering the southeastern United States, the Caribbean and South America. At present, John's area includes the southeast portion of the United States, with his office located in the greater Atlanta area.
