Gulfstream

With over 25 years of general aviation experience, Steve is presently a Senior Field Service Representative supporting our European operators. Steve began his aviation career in 1979 overhauling reciprocating engines, performing aircraft inspections and restoring light aircraft.

Steve joined Gulfstream in 1984 as a technician in the Service Center. He quickly progressed in experience and responsibility holding positions of senior technician, assistant crew chief and crew chief. He joined the Field Service team in 1987 and was assigned to the U.S. Navy/Marine Corp. Gulfstream III program at Andrews Air Force Base. In 1992, Steve took an assignment at the Gulfstream facility in Long Beach, CA. During this assignment, he was responsible for providing technical operations support and warranty coordination in addition to his field service duties.

In 1993, Steve returned to Gulfstream in Savannah as supervisor of the Field Service Support Office. He later accepted the position as group leader to develop and lead the newly instituted Hotline Group in Technical Operations. In 2001, Steve was selected for an international field service representative position and is currently based in London, England.
