With over 18 years of aviation maintenance experience, and over a decade with Gulfstream Aerospace, David brings a variety of aircraft maintenance and operational expertise to the Gulfstream Aerospace Field Service and Customer Support organizations.

David is a licensed Airframe & Powerplant technician who received his license from Colorado Aero Tech in 1988. His aviation career began working for both national and international airlines, where he worked on a variety of aircraft from 747�s to twin engine turbo props. David also spent time as a supervisor for a repair station accomplishing heavy modifications and depot level maintenance on wide-body aircraft. Prior to joining Gulfstream he worked in the air cargo business as both a lead mechanic and a maintenance manager.

David joined the Gulfstream Aerospace family in October of 1996 as a maintenance technician in the Long Beach, California Service Center. In 1998 he was promoted to Crew Chief/Mechanical Team Lead; a position he has held until his recent transition to Field Service Representative. In his role as a Field Service Representative, he is supporting the Southern California region.

David has successfully completed a variety of Gulfstream maintenance training at the Gulfstream Aerospace facilities and Flight Safety International in Savannah, Georgia and Long Beach, California. His maintenance training includes initial maintenance and engine run and taxi training on the GII, GIII, GIV, GV and G550 aircraft models, as well as many supplemental courses relative to specific aircraft systems. David is also a Flight Safety International GIV Master Technician. In addition, he has also completed training programs at Honeywell, Rockwell Collins and with other Gulfstream vendor partners.
