GULFSTREAM VICE CHAIRMAN BRYAN MOSS TO RETIRE EFFECTIVE APRIL, 2002
Savannah, GA, January 9, 2002 - Bryan Moss, Vice Chairman, Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, today announced his intention to retire in April, 2002. Following that date he will continue to serve the company in a consultant role.

"During the past seven years I have had the opportunity to work with many exceptional and dedicated people. It has been and will continue to be a privilege to be associated with Gulfstream, its people, products and services."

During a 35-year career in aviation, Moss held senior positions at Lockheed
and Bombardier prior to joining Gulfstream in 1995. He served with the National Business Aviation Association and as Gulfstream's representative on the U.S. - Japan Business Council, the U.S. - China Business Council, the U.S. - Russia Business Council and the U.S. - Hong Kong Business Council. He also served as a member of the U.S. Council of Foreign Relations' Middle East Peace Process Task Force.
