GULFSTREAM REDUCES PRICES ON SELECT CONSUMABLE PARTS USED ON ALL ITS AIRCRAFT MODELS
SAVANNAH, Ga., May 28, 2004 – Gulfstream Aerospace, a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD), has significantly reduced prices on select groups of consumable parts for the entire fleet of Gulfstream business-jet aircraft. These parts include the most popular interior, airframe and major component parts for Astra, G100, G200, GII, GIII, GIV/GIV-SP, GV, G300, G400, G500 and G550 business jet aircraft.
The new price reductions are part of Gulfstream’s commitment to changing its spare-parts business by offering customers competitively priced parts on a permanent basis. During the past two years, Gulfstream has significantly reduced prices on more than 1,500 parts.
These reduced-priced parts are available to Gulfstream aircraft owners, operators and management companies and apply to over-the-counter transactions as well as service center visits to all Gulfstream and General Dynamics Aviation Services locations.
