GULFSTREAM AEROSPACE COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF WECO AEROSPACE SYSTEMS
California-based Aviation-Component Overhaul Facilities Will Augment Gulfstream Product Support Capabilities
SAVANNAH , Ga. , Mar. 8, 2007 – Gulfstream Aerospace, a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD), announced today it has completed the previously announced acquisition of the business of WECO Aerospace Systems, Inc., a privately held aviation-component overhaul company specializing in electrical, electronic accessories and flight instrument services. Gulfstream announced it had entered into an agreement to acquire the business of WECO on Jan. 23, 2007 . Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
