GULFSTREAM NAMES DENNIS STULIGROSS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS

Stuligross Will Become Newest Member of Gulfstream’s Leadership Team

SAVANNAH , Ga. , April 05, 2007 – Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. has named Dennis Stuligross senior vice president of operations, effective April 9. He will be responsible for initial and final phase manufacturing, final phase engineering, quality assurance and materials for the business-jet manufacturer. In addition to his new role, Stuligross will become the newest member of Gulfstream’s Leadership Team, which comprises the company president and those who report directly to him.

Stuligross has been vice president for the company’s Savannah operations and final phase engineering since November 2002. He previously served as vice president of completions engineering and rollback. Earlier, Stuligross was director of completion services. He joined Gulfstream in 1994 as a member of the completions re-engineering team.

Prior to Gulfstream, Stuligross was manager of Phalanx Operations for GE Aerospace. He spent 12 years with General Electric.

Stuligross holds a bachelor’s degree in material and metallurgy from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Michigan State University.

“Dennis has a proven track record with Operations and has been instrumental in moving the organization forward,” said Joe Lombardo, chief operating officer, Gulfstream. “Dennis brings strong leadership to our ongoing focus on continuous improvement.”

On February 8, Gulfstream’s parent company, General Dynamics (NSYE: GD), announced that Joe Lombardo had been appointed president of Gulfstream, effective April 9. Lombardo has led Gulfstream’s manufacturing operations efforts since joining the company in 1996. He will succeed Gulfstream President Bryan Moss, who will assume the role of president emeritus, a new position.
