GULFSTREAM EXPANDS SPARE-PARTS SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE
BudgetPlus™ Now Available To All Mid-Cabin Owners, Operators
SAVANNAH, Ga., November 16, 2008 –Gulfstream Aerospace Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD), recently launched BudgetPlus, a spare-parts subscription service that offers mid-cabin Gulfstream owners and operators a way to manage their annual maintenance costs. The launch formalizes a pilot program Gulfstream introduced in 2005.
BudgetPlus is a cost-assured parts provision program for owners and operators of Gulfstream G200, G150, G100 and Astra aircraft. For a flat hourly fee, Gulfstream provides program participants with exchange and consumable parts as needed. Fees are based on the age of the aircraft and are charged on a monthly basis, with a required minimum of 300 hours per year.

Gulfstream operates service centers in London, England; Long Beach, Calif.;
Dallas; Appleton, Wis.; Brunswick, Ga.; and Savannah, Ga. All of them provide
comprehensive product support, including maintenance, inspections, testing,
refurbishment and system and component installations for Gulfstream business-jet
aircraft.
Gulfstream also manages General Dynamics Aviation Services service centers
in Las Vegas; Dallas; Minneapolis; Appleton, Wis.; Westfield, Mass.; and West
Palm Beach, Fla. These facilities provide product support for Challenger,
Citation, Falcon, Gulfstream, Hawker and Westwind business-jet aircraft.
