GULFSTREAM NAMES VINCE RUSCITTI DIRECTOR OF DALLAS SERVICE CENTER
OPERATIONS
SAVANNAH, Ga., APRIL, 24, 2009 — Gulfstream Aerospace has appointed Vince Ruscitti director of service center operations in Dallas. He will oversee both the Gulfstream and General Dynamics Aviation Services maintenance facilities at Dallas Love Field. Most recently, Ruscitti served as the senior service operations manager at the General Dynamics Aviation Services center in Dallas.
Gulfstream and General Dynamics Aviation Services are part of the General Dynamics Aerospace group.
Ruscitti has supported aircraft in both the business-aviation and military-aviation sectors. He started his 10-year career in the General Dynamics Aerospace group as a senior avionics marketing representative for Gulfstream in Savannah. He transferred to the Dallas Gulfstream facility in 2000 and was promoted to senior completions avionics manager in 2001. He became the senior service operations manager for the General Dynamics Aviation Services facility in Dallas in 2003.
Before joining the General Dynamics Aerospace group, Ruscitti was an avionics manager for Midcoast Aviation in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Little Rock, Ark., and an avionics installation supervisor for Dennis Martin Aviation in Fort Lauderdale. He began his aviation career in the U.S. Air Force, where he served four years as an avionics instrument technician.
Ruscitti earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Almeda College, an associate’s degree in aviation technology from the University of Phoenix and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University.
Ruscitti reports to Robby Harless, vice president and general manager of the Dallas site.
