SAVANNAH, Ga., May 6, 2009----Gulfstream Aerospace recently promoted Terry Freeman to manager, Product Support Warranty. In this position, Freeman manages aircraft production warranty administration for all Gulfstream service centers, General Dynamics Aviation Services facilities, third-party maintenance facilities and Authorized Warranty Repair Facilities.
Freeman joined Gulfstream in 1985 as a cycle count auditor. He became a planner/buyer in 1992 before being promoted to senior buyer for spares purchasing in 1995. From 1999 through 2001, he served as a customer service representative. In 2001, he began working as a warranty specialist, a position he held for seven years. He most recently served as the warranty supervisor for large-cabin Gulfstream aircraft.
Freeman earned his bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Phoenix. He reports to Mike West, director, Product Support Programs.
