GULFSTREAM NAMES NEW SALES DIVISION VICE PRESIDENTS

SAVANNAH, Ga., March 3, 2010 — Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. has named Scott Neal and Brian Miller vice presidents in the company’s North American Sales group. Neal is vice president, Central Division, and Miller is vice president, Western Division. Gulfstream, a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD), also announced that Jim Dobbins, formerly vice president, Western Division, has been appointed vice president, Eastern Division.

In his new position, Neal is responsible for the sale of Gulfstream aircraft in the central United States and Ontario, Canada. In his previous position at Gulfstream, Neal was a Connecticut-based Eastern Division sales director, responsible for the sale of Gulfstream aircraft in the New York region. He has also been vice president, Key Accounts, Eastern Division; a sales director for Texas and Oklahoma; and a regional sales manager, Preowned Aircraft Sales.

Before joining Gulfstream in 1994, Neal worked for Raytheon Corporate Jets and British Aerospace. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from George Mason University.

Miller, who is based in the Los Angeles area, is responsible for the sale of Gulfstream aircraft in the western United States and western Canada (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba). Most recently, he was a Western Division sales director.

Before coming to Gulfstream in 2004, Miller spent three years as vice president, Marketing, for software company Tyler Technologies in Dallas. He also was a Chicago-based sales director for Bombardier Flexjet and held various sales positions with Cessna.

Miller earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Michigan State University. He is a multi-engine, instrument-rated and glider-rated pilot.

Dobbins, who is based in the Charlotte, N.C., area is responsible for the sale of Gulfstream aircraft in the eastern United States and in eastern Canada (Quebec, Newfoundland/Labrador, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia). Prior to his new position, he spent more than a year as vice president, Western Division, after serving six years as vice president, Key Accounts, Western Division. He was also a sales director, Southern California/Southwest, from 1997 to 2002 and director, Sales Engineering, from 1994 to 1996.

Dobbins joined Gulfstream in 1992 as a sales engineer. He earned a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from Georgia Tech.

Dobbins, Neal and Miller report to Larry Flynn, senior vice president, Marketing and Sales.
