GULFSTREAM NAMES JEFF PATTERSON SENIOR REGIONAL SALES MANAGER FOR PRODUCT SUPPORT

SAVANNAH, Ga., November 17, 2011 - Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. has named Jeff Patterson as senior regional sales manager, Product Support Sales, Central Region.  He is responsible for maintenance sales to Gulfstream and non-Gulfstream aircraft operators in south Texas, including Houston, San Antonio and Austin.  Patterson reports to Gary Smiley, director, Product Support Sales, Central Region, Gulfstream.

Prior to joining Gulfstream, Patterson worked for West Star Aviation’s maintenance sales team for nearly eight years.  He spent most of that time as a regional sales manager.  Most recently, he was West Star’s Dassault Falcon technical sales manager. 

Patterson’s 20 years in the aviation industry also include positions as the chief of maintenance for the flight departments at Westar Energy in Kansas City, Mo., and LECO Corp., in South Bend, Ind.  He was also an airframe and power plant technician for maintenance, repair and overhaul provider Duncan Aviation in Lincoln, Neb.

Patterson is a graduate of the Spartan School of Aeronautics and Technology in Tulsa, Okla.
