CERTIFIED PREMIUM PACKAGE
Important:
The Certified Premium Package is offered exclusively on aircraft sold directly from Gulfstream. Brokered aircraft do not qualify.

The following information is not legally binding.

Warranty:
The Gulfstream Warranty will cover all parts and labor for the first six (6) months or three hundred (300) flight hours, whichever comes first. This excludes all avionics, other than Auto Pilot.

The Primary and Secondary Structure of the Basic Airframe shall be covered within a period of five (5) years from the Delivery Time.

Any component of the Basic Airframe is under warranty within a period of one (1) year or six hundred (600) flight hours.

Gulfstream represents and warrants that Rolls-Royce Canada Limitee will issue a used engine warranty. The warranty period for the engines is either one thousand (1000) hours or fifteen (15) months, whichever comes first.

Training:
Gulfstream will provide initial ground school and simulator training at FlighSafety International in Savannah, Georgia within one (1) year from the Delivery Time for two (2) pilots, one (1) mechanic and one (1) flight attendant.
Computerized Maintenance Program:
Gulfstream shall provide participation on our Computerized Maintenance Program at no charge during a twelve (12) month period commencing upon delivery of the aircraft.
Records and Manuals:
Gulfstream will provide the appropriate technical manuals:

Flight Manual approved by the FAA
Cruise Control Manual
Aircraft Maintenance Manual
Illustrated Parts Catalog
Wiring Diagram Manual
Customer Bulletins and Aircraft Service Changes currently applicable

The aircraft airframe, engine and APU logbooks and any other technical documents that pertain to the aircraft shall also be provided at time of delivery.

Flight Crews and Ferry Flights:
Gulfstream will furnish flight crews for ferry flights at reasonable charges at the request of the buyer.
MedAire, Inc. :
Gulfstream shall provide the following services package from MedAire, Inc.:
  1. 24 Hour MedLink Medical Hotline - one (1) year subscription. Provides flight crew with direct and immediate communication access to emergency physicians in the event of an In-flight medical emergency. Also manages coordination of ground based medical care, if needed.
  2. Management of In-Flight Illness and Injury training - up to three (3) crew members. Basic life support training for the aircraft environment with instruction by aero-medical professionals. Available for up to eight (8) crew members when training is held at the customer's site. Travel expenses are invoiced to the customer for on-site training.
  3. MedAire Emergency First Aid Kit - one (1). Designed for aviation and exceeds FAA requirements.
  4. MedTrack - one (1) year. Automatically tracks and replaces Emergency First Aid Kit supplies prior to any expiration dates, plus replenishes used items with new supplies, after notification of use
