With PlaneParts™, Gulfstream operators can expect predictable maintenance costs for replacement components due to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events. PlaneParts operators benefit from single-source component ordering and take advantage of Gulfstream's worldwide network, which includes 24/7 AOG assistance. PlaneParts extends the operator's peace of mind by supplying high-quality, OEM-authorized components at no charge in exchange for monthly payments based on hours flown. If you know how many hours you are going to fly in a calendar year, then budgeting for your components will be that simple.

Overview of our Comprehensive Coverage

During your aircraft warranty, PlaneParts coverage includes components replaced for Life Limits or Wear. Examples of these components include oxygen bottles, battery packs, Firex bottles, oxygen masks, squibs, wheels, starter generators, horizontal stabilizer actuators, tires and brakes.

While we continue to cover your component replacements for life limits and wear after aircraft warranty expiration, PlaneParts extends coverage to most components for unscheduled events, including avionics, mechanical airframe components, hydraulic airframe components, landing gear components, windshields, oxygen lines, and items that need to be replaced, per mandatory service bulletins.

An Easy Payment Process

Simply complete and submit your hours and landings the fifth day of each month for the preceding month. Upon receipt of your monthly details, PlaneParts will issue an invoice to your designated person or department.

Enrollment

Upon completion of your aircraft, enrollment in PlaneParts is easy. Just submit a PlaneParts application to one of the program's administrators. We will take care of the rest.

In-service enrollment may have additional requirements, such as enrollment fees, inspections or an adjusted rate. Any costs associated with inspections or their resulting corrective action are borne by the operator.
